Barnabas Factor is a registered 501-c-3 religious non-profit organization. It began as a dream and vision in the heart of Tom Salter. Our annual budget is only met through donations. In that regard, we are a “Faith Ministry”. Because of the current financial recession in our country, many charitable organizations have been hit hard. Our situation became so dire in 2009, that Tom Salter stopped taking any salary at all; and that continues to this day. We exist to serve pastors, missionaries and Christian professionals (para-church leaders). We are preventative in nature, meaning we stress healthy life habits to prevent burnout or moral failure.
